Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic care home environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing tasks as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, ensuring they receive the necessary support and training to excel in their roles.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, including doctors and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Current active NMC Pin and registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience in a care home or similar setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
