We are seeking an experienced Operating Department Practitioner/Scrub Nurse to join our Theatre team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As an Orthopaedic Scrub ODP, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical teams in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating theatre environment
- Support the surgical team during procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment
- Develop and maintain your skills and knowledge, participating in ongoing training and professional development
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture
Requirements
- HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
