Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Clinical Practitioner, you will possess substantial experience in a primary care environment, and your commitment to high-quality patient care will motivate your colleagues.

In addition to standard nursing responsibilities, this role entails accountability, in collaboration with the lead nurse, for the clinical governance of the practice. You will provide clinical leadership to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of services to all patients.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Essential

  • Current registration with NMC/HCPC/GPhC
  • A Master’s degree in Advanced Practice or an equivalent qualification
  • Certification as an Independent Prescriber

Experience

Essential

  • Experience in primary care and minor illness management
  • Proficiency in managing comprehensive episodes of care within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with a positive attitude
