About the Role

VSA is a leading social care charity in Aberdeen, dedicated to providing high-quality support services to individuals and communities. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team at Craigton Grove, Peterculter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to tenants with learning disabilities in their daily living tasks, promoting independence and self-reliance.
  • Assist with planning, monitoring, and reviewing service delivery plans to meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to administrative, regulatory, and management standards.
  • Comply with legislative requirements and contribute to a safe and protective environment.
  • Develop knowledge and practice through training and development activities.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and maintain accurate records.
  • Basic IT skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organisational skills and good interpersonal skills.
