We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Craigton Grove, a residential service in Peterculter, Aberdeen. This is a relief/ad hoc position, offering a variety of shifts, including earlies, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support tenants with learning disabilities in maintaining their tenancies and promoting independence.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as planning, shopping, preparing, and cooking meals.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and review service delivery plans to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate recording systems and reports to meet administrative and regulatory requirements.
  • Comply with health, safety, and security procedures, including medication management.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience with people with learning disabilities is necessary, as full on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
