We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Craigton Grove, a residential service providing 24-hour support to adults with learning disabilities. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Assist with planning and implementing individualized support plans to promote independence and self-reliance.
  • Contribute to a safe and protective environment by adhering to health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and practice.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience working with people with learning disabilities is required, as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including earlies, evenings, and weekends.
  • Hourly rate: £12.20.
