Service Integration Specialist

At Telent Technology Services Limited, we're looking for a skilled Service Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in service integration, with a strong understanding of ITIL aligned with ITSM tools. You'll be responsible for creating and governing ITSM processes, managing service levels, and ensuring service availability is maximised.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creation and ownership of ITSM Service Operations processes
  2. Performance management and reporting of ITCS key SLA's/KPIs
  3. Delivering monthly IT Service Management forums
  4. Leading and managing Telent IT Major Incidents and RCA processes
  5. Defining business communication plans for major incidents
  6. Major Incident Management lead on all critical incidents
Requirements:

We're looking for someone with extensive experience in a Service Integration environment, with a sound knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management. You'll need to have excellent communication, collaboration and customer service experience, as well as the ability to challenge the status quo and confidence in resolving major incidents.
