Waste Management Specialist

A leading provider of waste management services, Service Care Solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Waste Management Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing waste operations and supervising employees in the waste management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing HR-related tasks, including onboarding new starters, conducting one-to-ones, and undertaking investigations into disciplinary and attendance issues.
- Delivering training through workbooks and e-learning platforms.
- Developing and delivering toolbox talks and other training packages.
- Drafting and enforcing safe systems of work and risk assessments for all site operations.
- Ensuring accurate records for waste movements and compliance with environmental permits.
- Handling customer complaints and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Good IT skills and experience with MS Office or equivalent packages.
- Experience in contract management, waste operations, and employee supervision in the waste management industry.
