About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Duty Manager to join our team at Andras Hotels. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all departments during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Night Manager in managing night staff and ensuring adherence to night audit procedures.
  • Deal with guest queries and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Supervise and serve food and beverage to resident guests at night.
  • Monitor the night porter and late-night food & beverage staff.
  • Perform night duties including cash up, night audit, and night reports.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of hotel Duty Manager experience.
  • Experience within a customer service role.
  • Good communication and written skills.
  • Good with computer systems and Apps.
  • Must speak and have a clear understanding of English.
