Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the overall operation of the hotel during night time hours, including managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit in a timely fashion, including reviewing financial reports, managing cash handling, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms, and work with the maintenance team to resolve any problems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Experience in working night shifts is preferable, but not essential.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to, understand, and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests.
  • Pleasant and bubbly personality, with a strong focus on teamwork and a positive working environment.
