Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Corporate Travel Management (CTM) UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless sales solutions
Requirements:
  • 6+ years' experience in business development or sales, preferably in the corporate travel industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
