About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Law Business Research. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the legal sector and professional services is desirable.
