About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our team at SUMO Talent. As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new talent, managing the day-to-day operations of gaming-focused YouTubers and Twitch creators, and securing brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and outreach new talent to add to our roster
  2. Manage the creation and implementation of effective pitches to nurture successful partnerships and collaborations with new talents, clients, and businesses
  3. Work with internal stakeholders to build and develop talent related to gaming and YouTube entertainment industries
  4. Secure brand partnerships for talent through proactive outreach and negotiation
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in talent management
  • Confident negotiator with impressive brand partnerships experience
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously
