About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of support across a full range of HR activities, including the full employee life cycle, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and experience.
Requirements
  • HND or CIPD Level 3 Qualified, studying towards or an interest to do so.
  • Experience of working in an HR environment undertaking a range of tasks including general HR administration.
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and best practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
