Position Overview

The successful candidate will deliver a thorough administrative support service to two specialists within the Paediatric Surgery and Urology Division. This role necessitates close collaboration with all clinical and administrative personnel within the department, as well as various other departments across the healthcare system. Responsibilities include managing patient waiting lists for both inpatient and outpatient services, scheduling surgical patients, organizing calendars, composing clinic correspondence, and responding to patient inquiries. This position plays a crucial role in assisting the consultants in ensuring a seamless journey for patients from referral to treatment. Additionally, the individual will provide coverage for colleagues during their absence.

Key Responsibilities

We seek a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our patients. Proficiency in typing and managing waiting lists is essential for this role. Experience in medical administration, including support to healthcare professionals and familiarity with medical terminology, is highly advantageous.
