Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive sales-led and product-led growth.
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment across all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing effectiveness.
- Engage directly with customers to gather and analyze feedback, using insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Lead strategic planning efforts to identify market opportunities and position products effectively.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Train and support sales and customer support teams on new tools, products, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to continuously refine and adjust product marketing strategies.
- 5+ years of product marketing and/or go-to-market strategy experience.
- Bachelor/Master's degree or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Domain expertise in the Maritime space, ideally satellite/terrestrial AIS data and analytics as a vendor and/or as a client.
- Highly collaborative and works well across a teaming environment.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and organizational assessment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.
- Ability to translate product marketing strategy into brand awareness, leads, and customers.
