Job Title: Training & Knowhow Coordinator

We are seeking a part-time Training and Knowhow Co-ordinator to join our client in Glasgow (with travel when required). As the Training and Knowhow Co-ordinator, you will assist with the organising and facilitation of training sessions for our internal team globally and client-facing training sessions. You will also help with collating and uploading of knowhow using a variety of know-how databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and facilitate training sessions for internal and external teams
  • Collate and upload knowhow using various databases
  • Develop and maintain intranet sites, databases, and document management systems
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a professional service environment
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High self-motivation and ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel when required
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £25-27K
  • Part-time role for three days per week with flexibility
  • 25 days holiday + Bank holidays (pro rata)
  • Contributory pension of up to 5%

  • Death in service of 4 x base salary
