Role Overview

The newly established position will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for managing all customer marketing initiatives across the EMEA region, targeting various segments and channels. The role involves close collaboration with the Director to shape the overarching strategy, positioning, and messaging of campaigns throughout the region. Additionally, the position will work in tandem with internal marketing and sales teams to foster growth. Responsibilities also include content creation, blog writing, and developing sales tools and resources for internal stakeholders, along with regular measurement and tracking of ROI.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a skilled Marketing Manager with a background in customer or product marketing within a B2B context, demonstrating a proven track record in strategy formulation and campaign execution. A comprehensive understanding of customer segmentation and strategic account-based communication is crucial, complemented by exceptional copywriting abilities. Strong project management skills and the capability to present ideas and campaigns effectively to internal teams are essential. Experience in the events or hospitality sector is advantageous, as is proficiency in French or German.
