Role OverviewWe have an opportunity for an experienced and high performing Sales Representative to join our team in providing an unrivalled service to our customers while cross-selling multiple utilities and winning new business.
Key Responsibilities- Cross-selling multiple utilities and additional Everflow products
- Using our custom-built system to generate quotations to new and existing customers
- Dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers
- Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM
- Offering quotations to business customers and closing business
- Objection handling
- Listening to the customers' needs
- Assisting where possible with the customers' queries
- Managing and prioritizing workload on a daily basis to ensure high levels of effective productivity
- Strong and proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The confidence and work ethic to talk with lots of business owners every day
- The enthusiasm to overcome challenges and talk about Everflow with passion and pride
- Strong relationship building skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people
- The right attitude to enjoy the test of closing a sale and working to targets
- UK telecoms or other utility industry knowledge (highly desirable)
- Working to a high standard with good timekeeping
