About the Role

Funko is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide high-level employee relations advisory support across all departments within the EMEA business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation to managers across the organization.
  • Lead on all family leave processes, including ensuring risk assessments are completed and advising on leave and pay entitlements.
  • Develop and maintain internal policies, ensuring compliance with UK employment law legislation.
  • Deliver manager induction training and ad-hoc manager refresher training on company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide quarterly reports to the Business Partner team.
  • Support the wider People and Culture team with continuous improvement and projects.

Requirements

  • Excellent HR generalist experience at Advisor level, preferably in fast-paced environments such as FMCG, retail, tech, or creative.
  • Credible competence in employee relations, performance management, policy, and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and the ability to apply it practically and commercially to workplace situations.
  • Ability to build and develop trust and confidence, strong communicator (verbal and written) with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • High resilience and confident working independently with sound judgement and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least part CIPD qualified (level 5 preferred) or qualified by experience.
