Role Objective:

The primary objective of this position is to ensure that all customer service inquiries are addressed promptly and that orders are processed efficiently, facilitating seamless customer installations and promoting outstanding service quality.

This role involves assisting with the processing of orders for our diverse range of products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for business partners in designated sales regions, managing communications via email and phone.
  • Ensure that all orders and associated documentation are processed within established timelines, responding to quotes and general inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Oversee the order lifecycle from initiation to invoicing, addressing any issues that arise throughout the process.
  • Demonstrate a solid background in sales order processing.
  • Exhibit experience in managing telephone communications, ideally within a service-oriented environment where teamwork is essential for achieving departmental goals.

Essential Qualifications:
Proficiency in the German language is required.

Skills Required:
Ability to apply judgment, problem-solving skills, and initiative to provide support and information, while recognizing when issues should be escalated to the Sales Office Manager.
