Client Support Coordinator

Role Objective:
To provide outstanding client support by adhering to service timelines and ensuring consistent communication updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diligent execution of daily responsibilities.
  • Management and organization of service schedules.
  • Liaison with manufacturers and vendors.
  • Assistance to the Finance team.
  • Adherence to financial compliance standards.
  • Meeting service objectives and performance indicators.
  • Effective workload prioritization.
  • Delivery of high-quality client service.
  • Collaboration across various departments.
  • Management of client relationships.
  • Upholding company principles.
  • Compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols.
  • Providing support to the Sales Operations Manager as needed.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in handling telephone communications.
  • Skills in operational planning and management.
  • Proficiency in IT applications.
