We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing practical and emotional support to individuals with mental health needs, enabling them to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to clients, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  • Identify and access opportunities for social inclusion, promoting clients' independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and professionals to deliver a coordinated and recovery-focused service.
  • Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring seamless delivery of support.
