Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process across our clients' waste management sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and processing onboarding paperwork.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring all candidate records are up-to-date.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR databases.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, particularly in high-volume environments.
  • Holding a valid and clean driving license with own car.
