Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Smart Environmental Support Services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring all candidate records are up-to-date.
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant legislation.
* Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience in recruitment administration or a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR databases.
* Previous administration experience essential.
* Holding a valid and clean driving license with own car.
