Recruitment Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Smart Environmental Support Solutions. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Hartlepool, covering a period of maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and processing onboarding paperwork.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels, serving as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring all candidate records are up-to-date.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant legislation.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment administration or a similar role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR databases. You will also have a valid and clean driving license with your own car.
