Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Smart Environmental Support Services. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process across our clients' waste management sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, recruitment channels, and other relevant sources.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring all candidate records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant legislation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, processing onboarding paperwork, and managing candidate communications.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR databases.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, particularly in high-volume environments.
  • Holding a valid and clean driving license with own car.
