About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our Oxford Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our service and ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a dynamic team of clinicians
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery
  • Collaborate with leadership to oversee the delivery of patient care and ensure clinical standards are consistently met
  • Manage a team of staff and coordinate clinic activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Provide support and guidance to clinicians, helping them navigate complex cases and grow professionally
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification and registration with the Health Professions Council
  • Experience of supervising and managing staff, with a good knowledge of community services and multidisciplinary working
  • Ability to travel to undertake work and comply with manual handling policies and guidelines
  • Active interest in service user experience and responding attentively and constructively to this
