Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Trust and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that clinical standards are consistently met.
- Manage a dynamic team of staff, coordinating the clinic's activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide support and guidance to other clinicians, helping them navigate complex cases and grow professionally.
- Regularly review and update care plans to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our patients.
- Conduct research to identify areas for improvement and evaluate clinical outcomes, driving continuous enhancement of our services.
- Relevant professional qualification – Health Professions Council registered, Occupational Therapist with Dip RCOT qualification or degree.
- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) portfolio.
- Post basic qualification in community care / research.
- Qualification in management and leadership within a healthcare setting.
- Hold a psycho-social intervention qualification or equivalent.
- Experience of supervising and managing staff.
- Experience of providing leadership.
- Experience of multidisciplinary working. Formal and informal teaching including supervising students.
- Providing clinical and / or managerial supervision.
- Experience and knowledge of clinical audit.
- Experience of authorising payments /expenses and handling petty cash.
