Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of clinicians, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and support to deliver excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the evolving needs of our patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that our service is aligned with the Crisis Model and delivering the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Manage a dynamic team of staff, coordinating clinic activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide professional development opportunities for staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Relevant professional qualification, such as a Health Professions Council registration or an Occupational Therapist with Dip RCOT qualification.
- Experience of supervising and managing staff, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to travel to undertake work and have the capacity to carry equipment relative to the post.
