Job Summary:

The Senior Client Manager, Commercial Risk Specialist will play a key role in our client services team, working closely with clients to understand their unique risk management needs and develop tailored solutions to mitigate those risks. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned risk management professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their risk management needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk management solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying that knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in a commercial insurance setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex risk management issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Professional certifications in risk management, such as CPCU or ARM, are a plus.
