We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Reception Head to become a vital part of our exceptional team at Hakkasan Mayfair.

The ideal candidate for the Reception Head position possesses:

  • Relevant experience in a comparable position within a dynamic environment; experience in a high-end establishment is a significant plus;
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding guest service with a warm and approachable demeanor;
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems, ideally Open Table;
  • Effective leadership and delegation abilities, including the capacity to train and guide the Reception Team;
  • Familiarity with guest profiling and recognition techniques;
  • An impeccable personal presentation and excellent communication skills in English;
  • Flexibility to work full-time and adapt to varying schedules;
  • Capability to thrive under pressure;
  • Valid eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
