Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries, objections, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and education programs to customers, including stakeholder meetings and product awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop key customer advocates and experts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management, preferably in the Women's Health sector.
  • Strong track record of achievement and business growth, with a proven ability to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Science graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of two years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management.
  • ABPI qualification or working towards, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
