Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries, objections, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and deliver sales training and education programs to customers, including stakeholder meetings and product awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop key customer advocates and experts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management, preferably in the Women's Health sector.
- Strong track record of achievement and business growth, with a proven ability to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Science graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of two years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management.
- ABPI qualification or working towards, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements.
- Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
