Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at IQVIA. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS prescription arena.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with company marketing strategy.
- Maximise promotional expenditure to ensure a positive return on investment.
- Foster enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers.
- Obtain formal endorsements for target product lines and negotiate pricing agreements in line with company guidelines.
- Coordinate Key Opinion Leader (KOL) attendance at educational events.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating success in challenging markets.
- In-depth knowledge of the NHS environment, encompassing both acute and community settings.
- Ability to map procurement and decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Analytical mindset with a keen awareness of business and financial implications.
