Key Account Relationship Manager

Our client, a well-established foodservice wholesale business, is seeking a Key Account Relationship Manager to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves managing and strengthening relationships with key accounts to drive business growth in designated regions.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience within the Foodservice and FMCG industries, with a strong network across the region and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.

The successful Key Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and business challenges.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts and developing strategies to penetrate new accounts.
  • Leading negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms, ensuring both company profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly gathering feedback from clients to improve service levels, product offerings, and solutions that align with their needs.
