About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team at BMS Engineering Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within retail stores to gain new distribution for our partners' vape products.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth, delivering compelling presentations and pitches to close deals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer service to our clients and partners.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM systems.
  • Requirements:
    • Full Driving License: A valid full driving license is required.
    • Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales positions.
    • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
    • Benefits:
      • Car Allowance: £5,000 car allowance.
      • Pension: 5% pension contribution.
      • Wellbeing Allowance: £40 per month wellbeing allowance.
