About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Regulation and Governance Expert to join our team at Capgemini Invent. As a key member of our Data & AI Strategy team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complex landscape of AI regulation and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI governance frameworks that prioritize safety, transparency, fairness, robustness, and ethics.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry partners to stay up-to-date on the latest AI regulatory developments.
  • Provide strategic guidance on AI governance to senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring that our clients' AI initiatives are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver AI-related solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within our organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in AI regulation and governance, with a strong understanding of industry and government regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve their goals.
