We are seeking a highly skilled AI Regulation Specialist to join our team at Capgemini Invent. As a key member of our Data & AI Strategy team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complex landscape of AI regulation and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI frameworks that prioritize safety, transparency, fairness, robustness, and ethics.
  • Establish governance requirements throughout the AI development lifecycle, from concept to live.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with industry and government regulations, as well as clients' own ethics policies.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry groups.
  • Represent the company in discussions on AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
  • Contribute to the development of assets and propositions related to AI regulation and governance.
  • Keep teams upskilled and aware of the latest advancements in AI regulation and governance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in AI regulation and governance, with a strong background in data, artificial intelligence, regulation, and compliance.
  • Leadership experience in a matrixed organization, with the ability to enlist support and commitment from peers.
  • Experience in proposition building and delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex AI and regulatory concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI governance and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
