About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Financial Accountant. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing expert advice on financial matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and maintain effective internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain efficient financial systems and processes to support financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
