Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Governance Specialist. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for providing effective support and guidance on corporate governance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Senior Management Team and Board of Management.
  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance, administration, and human resources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to challenges and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate governance, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Basic Disclosure Scotland check required.
