Compliance Officer Job Description

Evolve Home Energy Solutions is a dynamic energy retrofit and home improvement company based in South Wales. We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Officer to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering net zero carbon and eradicating fuel poverty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality check and submit documents for grant funding applications
  • Assist the Compliance Assistant with administrative tasks, including data submissions and maintaining performance and efficiency
  • Process grant funded claims through data processing
  • Organize and maintain the office, including filing documentation
  • Assist with document production, including copy typing and formatting in Word
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages, and direct callers
Requirements:
  • Good IT skills, including Outlook and Excel, with the ability to work with different software
  • Ability to work in a flexible and responsive manner according to business requirements
  • Demonstrates a good level of English spelling and grammar
  • Use of Smartsheet, PASHUB, and SharePoint
  • 1 year's ECO compliance experience
  • History of office-based work centered around data entry and customer service, preferably within the energy industry
