About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Consultant to join our dynamic team of specialists at TekSelect. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in the successful delivery of implementations, covering a wide range of industries and niche areas of Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, gather detailed requirements, and align Salesforce solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Solution Design: Design scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions by leveraging the different verticals of Salesforce products.
  • Configuration & Automation Build: Implement custom solutions, utilizing your expertise in advanced configuration and automation.
  • Project Leadership: Lead Salesforce implementation projects, coordinating with developers, administrators, and stakeholders, and ensuring that the project stays on track with timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Cross-Cloud Experience: Proven experience with niche areas like CPQ, FSL, and SFI.
  • Minimum Certifications: Hold a minimum of two Salesforce certifications.
  • Consulting Background: Possess a strong consulting background, with excellent stakeholder management experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead on full lifecycle projects, with advanced configuration and automation experience with flows.
