Job Title: Orthopaedic Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic nurse to join our Education team as a Clinical Nurse Educator. As a key member of the Multidisciplinary Team, you will be responsible for training and supporting members of the NICU team, demonstrating extensive knowledge and clinical expertise within the specialty.

About the Role

The post holder will work closely with the Multidisciplinary Team within University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, utilizing skills of clinical expertise, leadership, education, and management to ensure a seamless service for patients, carers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and support members of the NICU team
  • Work as an integral member of the Multidisciplinary Team
  • Develop and implement education programs for staff
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Southwest Neonatal Network and Universities to ensure a coordinated quality service
