HR Apprentice Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our central HR Team as an HR Apprentice. As an HR Apprentice, you will provide administrative support to securely underpin all aspects of the employment life cycle, working closely with HR and academy colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all aspects of the human resources service to employees, line managers, senior leaders, and central team colleagues.
  • Provide quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR activities.
  • Undertake on-the-job training to learn and develop new skills and commit to completing the Level 3 Human Resources Support Apprentice qualification.
  • Contribute to the development of a high-quality professional development program for all staff.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to complete work carefully and accurately.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Commitment to personal development and willingness to undertake the CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice (Level 3) qualification.
