Payroll and HR Support Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Payroll and HR Support Specialist at Sandal Huddersfield. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage payroll submissions, including inputting data, reviewing and verifying accuracy, and issuing payslips and P45s.
  • Assist with the completion of P11Ds, Class 1A responsibilities, and respond to third-party and colleague inquiries.
  • Support the HR Manager with various administrative duties, including contract production, offer letters, and employee record maintenance.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of administrative procedures, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and methodically, managing a varied workload against tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection.
