Payroll and HR Support Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Payroll and HR Support Specialist at Sandal Huddersfield. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, input, and review monthly payroll submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Issue payslips and P45s, complete P11Ds, and manage Class 1A responsibilities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including contract production, offer letters, and employee record maintenance.
  • Assist with the production of contracts, offer letters, and ensure the completion of induction paperwork.
  • Support the HR Manager with other administrative duties, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience, with a focus on payroll administration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and methodically, managing a varied workload against tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.
