Position Overview

We are excited to announce the opening of a NEW STORE and are seeking a dedicated and motivating Wellbeing Hub Supervisor to enhance our team.

We are in search of a full-time Supervisor who possesses a strong enthusiasm for customer service to contribute to our Wellbeing Hub. Your role will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience that is inviting, authentic, and aligned with our brand ethos.

Collaboration is essential, and you should excel under pressure. The ability to adapt positively to change while maintaining professionalism is crucial. Availability for weekdays and weekends is required, with potential late-night shifts.

A genuine interest in retail and experience in team management is preferred. You should have a natural inclination towards health and wellbeing, eager to share your insights and advice with both your team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-manage the daily operations of a standalone store.
  • Drive sales and align with company objectives.
  • Assist the Store Manager with payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Take full responsibility for the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Lead by example and support your team with daily responsibilities.
  • Ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation are maintained.
  • Organize and assist in-store and community events to promote the NEOM brand while collaborating with partner businesses.
  • Train and mentor current and new team members.
  • Identify ways to contribute positively to the wellbeing of our planet, colleagues, community, and customers.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Retail Supervisor role.
  • Experience in the Health & Beauty sector.
  • A passion for wellbeing.
  • A strong customer service orientation and the ability to inspire your colleagues.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A collaborative spirit and a supportive team player mentality.
  • Alignment with NEOM values and a keen interest in wellbeing.
