About the Role:

Vira International Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixologist to join our team as a key member of our beverage operations. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations, crafting exceptional cocktails, and providing top-tier service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Champion the design and preparation of beverage and drink offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that our product offerings provide a positive customer experience by expanding the variety and retiring unfavorable ones.
  • Team Training: Train the team on product knowledge, including food pairing and suggesting selling skills.
  • Research and Development: Invest time in researching and developing new offers, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Quality Control: Assess the quality of our drinks and ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Regularly check the quality of our stock and discuss options for alternative supplies with management.

Required Skills:

Bar Tending: Proven experience in bartending, with a focus on creating exceptional cocktails.

Cocktails and Mocktails: Expertise in crafting a wide range of cocktails and mocktails, with a focus on quality and presentation.
