About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Quality and Governance Team at Oxford Health NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring effective administrative systems and procedures are in place.
  • Manage a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, including data collection, report writing, and maintaining internal databases and assurance records.
  • Support the team in tasks such as taking minutes, coordinating diaries, and preparing agendas.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality are maintained and make recommendations for improvement to existing administration procedures and processes.
Requirements
  • Higher Education qualification or equivalent/previous experience in an Administration Assistant role.
  • Experience of using Office computer programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proven experience of working in an office environment.
  • Ability to communicate with staff across all levels of the organization and work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under limited supervision.
