Helpdesk Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Consultant to join our leading financial helpdesk, supporting our 1.8 million clients across the Investment and Pension departments.

As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional support through inbound calls and written correspondence, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate assistance.

Our in-house training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills to navigate complex client queries, working collaboratively across the business to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to clients via phone and email
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices
